TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In case any product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our vendors, Virtual Communication Specialists shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Virtual Communication Specialists shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders in full whether or not the order has been confirmed and the credit card charged. In case your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Virtual Communication Specialists shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

BACKORDERS
Virtual Communication Specialists accepts orders for items, not in stock, to ensure that you will receive the item in priority once it becomes available. If your order is not in stock it will be placed on backorder and shipped when the item is available. You may cancel a backorder at any time prior to shipping by contacting customer service at sales@vcommspec.com

MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY
Anytime after the first 30 days of invoice, all returns and replacements must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Manufacturer’s warranties vary on each product. Extended warranties are available directly from select manufacturers. Manufacturer information is subject to change without notice.

SERVICE AND SUPPORT
All requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions. Virtual Communication Specialists reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason.

TAX
Virtual Communication Specialists shall withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Texas and Washington states unless the proper reseller certificate is provided. All customers in locations other than Texas and Washington states shall be solely responsible for any and all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped.

DISCLAIMER
Virtual Communication Specialists hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by the seller in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty if any. If goods herein being purchased are being purchased for purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the Federal Government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country.
